Crystal
Michigan is located in southeast Montcalm county. Nestled
at the edge of Crystal Lake, this small village has everything
you could want in small town living.
There is fishing, sailing and skating on the lake, hiking and
biking too. If you like festivals and parades, you may
want to plan a picnic here for the 4th of July parade.
Then there is the Jamboree, the Farmers Market, the Crystal Arts
Society and the Crystal Herb Society. Not bad for a small
village in the heartland. Of course, Crystal is equipped
with high speed internet access, restaurants, and every other
convenience you may need. All without the traffic, noise
and hassle of a big city.
Crystal has a long history of fun and frolic. The Crystal
Palladium was host to such performers as Glenn Miller and Tommy
Dorsey. This resort town, known for fishing, boating and
swimming even attracted Al Capone and the Purple Gang.
Today, the natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere of the
community provide a restful spot for the visitor and a valued
way of life for the folks who call Crystal, home.
