Jasper Hill (Jasper Knob), Ishpeming,
Marquette Co., Michigan, USA
A bald-topped hill within the city of Ishpeming composed
entirely of jaspilite, or more properly, banded hematite and
jasper. To visit the hill, follow the stone steps through
the wall and woods opposite the homes on Hill Street, near
the intersection of Hill and Jasper streets.
