Michigan up north is a full of spectacular waterfalls that are easy
to reach for a Michigan weekend getaways. We are working with
two excellent Michigan photographers to bring you a selection of
Michigan waterfalls and some beautiful drives to get there.
Wagner Falls is one of those that is both beautiful and
accessible in all four seasons. You just head
south out of Munising on M-28 for about a mile.
There you take M-94 about a quarter mile and you will
see a small sign that says Wagner Falls.
To view the falls just follow the path. The
walkway is smooth and is improved in some places but, it
can be slippery in wet weather. I have visited
this Michigan waterfall many times. Every time I
leave here refreshed and calmed by the tranquil beauty
of the surroundings and the sound of the rushing water.
As you head south you can visit the
Terrific Towns of Manistique, Escanaba and
Gladstone.
